Important Notice Regarding Custom Products

Every Wunderscan product is custom-made to your exact specifications — including your uploaded logo, brand colors, QR channel, call-to-action text, and product selection.

Under EU consumer protection law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Since every Wunderscan product is customized to your brand, this exemption applies.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@wunderscan.com with your order number.

Once production has started (typically within 24–48 hours), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the customization you confirmed during checkout, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Where a manufacturing error or damage in transit is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
