Cancellation & Returns

Custom Products, Made to Order

Every Wunderscan product is custom-made to your specifications (logos, brand colors, QR channels, call-to-action text). Due to the non-standardized nature of production, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Applies to: QR business cards, large cards, stickers, table stands.

Order Cancellation Window

  • 24-hour free cancellation window (before production starts)
  • Contact support@wunderscan.com with your order number within 24 hours
  • No refunds once production begins (typically 24–48 hours after ordering)

Damaged Orders

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number
  • Confirmed manufacturing errors or damage → replacement at no additional cost

Legal Exemption (EU)

No cooling-off period applies for customized goods under EU law. This exemption applies to all Wunderscan products.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Cancellations within the 24-hour window
  • Confirmed manufacturing errors or damage

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
